We are seeking for articulate, highly-skilled Bilingual Sales Representatives to join our team located in Mississauga or maybe relocated in other future offices depending on business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relative business. Support the clinic in order to maximize sales, profitability, and customer service.
• Provide information depending on customers’ requirement, recommending solutions that provide value to the customer 
• Handle incoming calls, emails and fax communication etc.
• Prepare quotations for customers and process work orders.
• Review and file work orders on a daily basis.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Experience And Education

• Previous customer service / sales experience is an asset.
• Computer and Math Literate.
• Organized with a sense of urgency and able to deal with a fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese – written and verbal.
