Dekang Medical is recruiting a Physiotherapist to provide patient-centred physiotherapy services. Coverage of both clinics is preferred; availability at one clinic may be considered. Target start: within 30 days of September 12, 2026, subject to registration and agreed terms.
Locations
Mississauga: Unit 202, 2000 Credit Valley Road, Mississauga, ON.
Burlington: Unit 17, 3350 Fairview Street, Burlington, ON.
Compensation and arrangement
Proposed practitioner share: 60%–70% of the publicly advertised fee for the physiotherapy service provided. The exact percentage and written terms, including expenses, refunds and settlement, will be agreed before engagement. A contract arrangement is contemplated; the final legal relationship and agreement will be confirmed. No unlisted benefits or guaranteed patient volume are promised.
Responsibilities
• Assess patients and develop appropriate physiotherapy plans within authorized scope.
• Provide treatment and patient education, obtain appropriate consent and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Recognize matters requiring escalation or referral and collaborate with the clinic team.
• Maintain professional standards, privacy and safe practice.
Professional requirements
You must hold the registration and authorization required by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario before practising. Registration status and any conditions will be verified. Please describe relevant physiotherapy experience, patient communication skills, availability and clinic coverage. Canadian work experience is not required.
