Disperses Wind-Heat, cools and clears the head and eyes and benefits the throat；
Vents rashes；Relieves Stagnation of Liver Qi；Expels turbid filth
Wind-Heat with fever, cough, headache, red eyes and a sore throat；
Early-stage rashes e.g. measles；
Liver Qi Stagnation with pressure in the chest or flanks, emotional instability and gynecological problems；
Exposure to unclean Qi in the Summertime leading to gastric distress with abdominal pain, vomiting. diarrhea and a thick, yellow, greasy tongue coat
Contraindicated for debilitated patients with Exterior Deficiency (spontaneous sweat).
Contraindicated for those with Liver Yang Rising.
Contraindicated for those with Yin Deficiency with Heat signs.
Contraindicated for those with Blood Deficiency due to Yin Deficiency Heat.
This herb is not recommended for nursing mothers. It may lead to insufficient lactation.
Contraindicated for those with hiatal hernia.
The essential oil should not be inhaled by small children.
